Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on the product page.

Because each Sol Y Seda piece is printed on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing based on the size guide, or general dissatisfaction with a non-defective item. Every order is crafted to order — which means less waste and more intention.

If you receive the wrong item entirely, we'll send the correct one at no cost to you.
